A 20-year old University of New Hampshire student, Stephen C. Cmar, was killed in a motorcycle accident near Durham, NH, yesterday afternoon.
He was traveling eastbound on his motorcycle when the crash happened. According to the Durham police, he lost control of his 2001 Suzuki and crossed the center line, slamming into a Honda car driven by 47-year-old Durham resident, Stephen McDonald.
Even though Cmar was wearing a helmet, he suffered serious injuries and was taken to the Wentworth Douglass Hospital. Cmar later died from the injuries.
The WMUR reports that the Honda driver, McDonald, was not hurt in the crash.
