February 17, 2010 – Stoughton, Mass. – A bicyclist suffered serious personal injuries when he was struck by a vehicle as he rode through Stoughton center at about 9:30 p.m. Monday.
According to WickedLocal.com, the bike rider was struck by a car driven by a 17-year-old from Stoughton. The injured bicyclist was transported to Good Samaritan Hospital by ambulance, and was later taken via med flight to Mass General Hospital.
Information regarding the identities of either person involved in the bicycle accident is unavailable at this time, as is an update on the injured victim’s medical condition. State Police and an accident reconstruction team are investigating the car and bike accident.
