November 8, 2009 – Malden – At the end of October, 38-year-old Eric Fraser suffered serious personal injuries in a motorcycle accident in Malden. Today, Eric Fraser died from his injuries after he was removed from life support, according to the Associated Press.
The motorcycle accident occurred on the night of October 25th, when Fraser collided with another motorcyclist who died the night of the accident. Eric Fraser was treated at Massachusetts General Hospital, but his injuries were too severe. Fraser became well known in Massachusetts after his ex-wife, Kristin LaBrie, was charged with attempted murder in the death of their son.

According to the Executive Office of Public Safety and Security’s 2006 Massachusetts Crash Statistics, there were 404 fatalities as a result of car accidents in Massachusetts. Motorcycle accidents are also on the rise in Massachusetts, as these accident statistics demonstrate.

A motorcycle crash can occur for a number of reasons, including the involvement of another vehicle or because the motorcyclist lost control of their bike due to debris on the roadway or some other dangerous condition on the roadway.
