Paul Davis, 43, of Salem, NH was listed in serious condition over the weekend following a Friday morning motorcycle crash on North Policy Street in Salem.
The Eagle Tribune reports that at approximately 6:00am that morning Davis was heading north on North Policy when Joselynne Laurent, 54, also of Salem, turned her Toyota Camry left onto the street from Dyson Drive, making the turn right in front of Davis.
As a result, Davis struck Laurent’s car door and both the Camry and the motorcycle were significantly damaged as a result of the impact. Laurent reportedly did not suffer any injuries, while Davis was taken to a local hospital for head injuries and then later transported to a Boston area hospital for further treatment. According to authorities, Davis did not appear to be wearing his helmet. Officials are continuing to investigate the accident and no charges have been filed.
