Three motorcyclists were injured in the last two days in New Hampshire, while the 87th annual Laconia Bike Festival is in full swing.
Two of the injured were not wearing motorcycle helmets when their bikes collided in Londonderry NH, while the third motorcyclist suffered serious injuries after losing control over his motorcycle and crashing near Pembroke on Monday.

The two separate incidents occurred during the annual Laconia NH Motorcycle Week.
While motorcycle helmet laws in New England vary from state to state, the logic behind the purpose of wearing motorcycle helmets is the same: they help prevent serious head and brain injury, and can be the deciding factor between life and death in the event of a motorcycle accident.
All motorcyclists should know that helmets are the number one safety gear.
