The
Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has issued a voluntary recall along with
OKK Trading Inc., of Los Angeles, California. The recall includes approximately 22,000 “Action Team” Toy Dart Gun Sets. The danger arises when a child puts the darts in their mouth and they become lodged in their throat causing a choking hazard. According to the CPSC there has been one report of an 8-year-old Texas boy dying as a result of choking on this toy. Consumers should immediately take the recalled dart gun sets away from children. The toy set has a dart gun with 3 soft rubber darts and was sold at discount stores for about $1. Consumers can contact OKK Trading via their website at www.okktrading.com.
