Woman Dies in Two-Car Collision in Dudley
January 27, 2010 - Dudley - An 85-year-old woman was killed when a 2007 Saturn and a Ford van collided Saturday morning near Dudley-Southbridge and Dresser Hill roads.
According to Telegram.com, at the time of the car accident, Helen Lebeau of Connecticut was a passenger in the Saturn driven by her husband, 87-year-old Arthur Lebeau. The vehicle collided with a van driven by a 16-year-old whose identity is being withheld. The passenger in the van was 67-year-old Anna Pecore, who, along with the teen driver of the van, refused treatment at the scene of the car accident.
Arthur Lebeau sustained serious injuries and was transported to Harrington Hospital, and later transferred to one in Hartford. The car accident is still under investigation.
Our heart goes out to the family and friends of Helen Lebeau for their tragic and heartbreaking loss. We offer our deepest condolences to Helen Lebeau's family.
