What is Facial Paralysis?

Facial paralysis is the loss of voluntary muscle movement of one side of the face. There are a number of causes of facial paralysis, including birth trauma.

Common Causes

There are a number of causes of facial paralysis due to the pathway of nerves in the face. Common causes are listed below.

• Weakness of numbness in the face
