4 Million Dollar Settlement in Birth Injury Lawsuit

A California Hospital has settled a medical malpractice suit for $4 million.

A child who was born in 2006 was deprived oxygen during his delivery and now suffers from Cerebral Palsy. It is alleged that the delay between discovering complications during his birth and the performance of a C Section is the cause of the child’s injury.
