Douglas J. Henderson

Born and raised in Andover, Massachusetts, Attorney Douglas Henderson brings the same drive and determination that once made him a standout athlete to his career as a winning attorney. A graduate of Gettysburg College, Doug began his journey with Kiley Law Group as an intern in 2011. Over the years, he has become an integral part of the legal team, dedicated to helping those injured by the negligence and carelessness of others.

Doug graduated from Andover High School in 1998, where he served as Captain of the Varsity hockey team. He went on to spend a post-graduate year at the Williston Northampton School in Easthampton, Massachusetts, excelling academically while earning recognition as a standout on the Varsity football, hockey, and lacrosse teams.

An athlete at heart, Doug continues to participate in men’s hockey leagues throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire. An avid outdoorsman, he spends his free time skiing, hiking, and fishing, maintaining the same energy and passion that define his legal practice.

Since being admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2012, Doug has brought his competitive spirit, integrity, and empathy to his work as an attorney. His tenacity on the ice has translated into a relentless pursuit of justice for his clients, leading to substantial and favorable outcomes in cases involving personal injury.
