Attorney Thomas M. Kiley Jr., is a third generation trial lawyer and a proud member of the Kiley Law Group where he concentrates in representing plaintiffs who have suffered personal injuries.
Mr. Kiley has achieved substantial results for his clients through his dedication to leveling the playing field between insurance companies and accident victims who have been denied their rights.
In a recent noteworthy case, he represented a client who suffered life threatening injuries when she was struck head on by a speeding sports car.
Her injuries included multiple facial fractures, rib fractures, a lacerated liver and lower leg fractures. It was estimated that the sports car was travelling in excess of 100 mph. The defendant driver and his companion were fleeing from the police after patronizing a drinking establishment.
Mr. Kiley was successful in recovering $2.9 million for his client.
