At Kiley Law Group, we’re thrilled to introduce our latest initiative, the Pedals for Progress Program. Designed to make a lasting impact in our community, this quarterly program aims to provide deserving children with the gift of mobility through bicycles. Join us as we promote physical activity, foster community engagement, and contribute to the well-being of children in need.

The primary goal of the Pedals for Progress Program is to promote physical activity, foster community engagement, and contribute to the well-being of children in need by providing them with bicycles.

Key Concepts:

Nomination Process:

Nominate a deserving child through our accessible online form. Community members, schools, and organizations are invited to put forward candidates who meet the eligibility criteria.

Selection Committee:

Our dedicated committee, composed of passionate members from Kiley Law Group, ensures a fair and transparent selection process. Recipients are chosen based on factors such as resilience, community involvement, academics, and genuine need.

Community Partnerships:

We collaborate with local schools, community centers, and bike shops to maximize program reach and engagement. Together, we're making a difference in the lives of children.

Quarterly Schedule:

The Pedals for Progress Program operates on a quarterly basis, with giveaways occurring in March, June, and September. Recipients receive their bikes during the final month of each quarter.

Special December Giveaway:

In December, we organize a larger giveaway to spread holiday cheer throughout the community. Join us in creating memorable experiences for recipients during the festive season.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Nominees must be between the ages of 6 and 10 years old.
  • Nominees should be residents of Massachusetts or New Hampshire.
  • Nominees must be currently enrolled in school.
  • The selection committee considers nominees who have demonstrated resilience, community involvement, leadership, or positive contributions.
  • Nominations can be submitted by community members, schools, or organizations through the official online nomination form below.
  • By submitting a nomination, the nominator confirms the accuracy of the information provided and consents to the nominee’s potential participation in the program.
  • Kiley Law Group reserves the right to verify the information provided for transparency and fairness in the selection process.
